Personal Statement
Hi my name is Colby Reph. I am a 6'1" 290lbs OL/DT Junior at Northampton High School. As a sophomore, I was blessed to be the starting center of our 2021 team that went 12-1 and won the EPC North title. That season I was also awarded 2nd team all conference as a center. When I was on the freshman team I was named the defensive player of the year. I am currently our starting center and have been the long snapper on extra points. Defensive positions have been DT and DE depending on the situation and defensive call. My family has always been supportive of me playing sports and up until 2 years ago I was playing baseball, basketball, and football. After that, I made a decision that I just wanted to focus on football so I could give myself the best chance to play in college at a high level. Now that I am focused on one sport, fishing and golfing have become free time passions of mine. Offseasons are spent training at Matryx Performance working on strength, flexibility, and balance. I have trained with former NFL lineman and learned how to be a student of the game. I am not afraid to put in hard work and make sacrifices to accomplish goals. Now I am an honors student looking for the right situation to further my education and allow me to continue playing the sport I love. Thank you for your time and consideration.
