Personal Statement
Welcome to my NCSA page!
I'm Campbell Taylor and I'm currently a Senior at Briar Woods High School in Ashburn, VA where I expect to graduate with honors in June 2024.
I've lettered for the Varsity Softball team since my freshman year and earned all-district and all-region distinctions at the 5A level competing against future D1 commits at several rival schools.
For travel, I play at the 18U level for Fury Platinum National - Bacci. Over the last year of travel ball, I have hit over .400 and was among the team leaders in OPS, extra-base hits, runs scored, walks, and stolen bases.
My main positions played on the Fury Platinum National - Bacci are CF, RF, and 1B (particularly in tough game situations).
The Fury Platinum National teams focus on playing in the most competitive tournaments and showcases against top competition, particularly in the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and southeast regions across the summer and fall seasons. Now beginning my 6th season with Coach Bacci and Coach Walls, I continue to work hard with my travel teammates to learn and grow as a leader and become a better softball player each day.
I hope to continue my softball career at the next level, competing against the best programs in the country while studying a math or science-focused discipline.
