Personal Statement

Hello! My name is Hampton Etheredge, and I attend Cornerstone Christian School in Columbiana, Alabama. I have a strong love and passion for the game of football. My goal is to get recruited and play football at the next level as I continue my academic career. My hard work ethic is displayed both on and off the field, and I strive to be a strong leader and teammate to those around me. My academic career is of great importance to me as well, and I have a current 3.5 GPA. I am in my Senior year season as I am eager to play with my teammates, learn, and better both myself and my teammates. I have been playing football for 8 years and am most experienced with defensive positions. However, I am always looking to expand my knowledge and willing to learn what is needed for any other position. I am very coachable and am able to adapt quickly in any situation. I have the utmost respect for my coaches, teachers, and teammates. Thank you for taking your time as I look forward to hearing back!
