Personal Statement

Each time I step on the field, I remind myself that playing football is an honor that many players never receive. Very few athletes have the skills and abilities I possess so I am humbled by these experiences and grateful for the privilege to play. I watched my parents make countless sacrifices which drives me to make the most of every opportunity life presents. I begin playing organized footfall at 5-years old and I dreamt about playing at the college level since my first game. I am confident that one day my dream will become a reality because I have the work ethic and determination and I am commitment to passionately pursuing my purpose. Although football is my first love, I also enjoy playing basketball and running indoor and outdoor track. My accomplishments in track include Rowan County Champion 400m (2022 and 2023), and CCC Track and Field Championship 400m and 4x400m relay team (2022 and 2023).
