Personal Statement
Hello coaches my name is Peyton Fairbank and I go to North Gaston High school. The thing's that drive me to do better in everyday life including football are, my parents and also the support of my little brother, he is my biggest fan. I have many different things I like to do outside of football like, cooking as well as building things. Something I have learned in football that could translate well into everyday life is, that you don't have to be the best player on the field or in your family, but you have to be better than the man across from you so that you will succeed. The best player on the field does not win games, the best team does and I push myself as well as my teammates to be better than our opponents so that we as a team are the best on the field. My academic goals are to keep a 4.0 GPA throughout high school but also be the first person in my family to go to and graduate from college. Overall I see myself as a determined and competitive person that will do what it takes to get the job done but also crack jokes every now and then, to help lighten the mood when someone seems down or stressed and bring them back up to be the best person they can be in that moment. I look forward to hearing from you and possibly being part of something bigger than myself on your team.
