Personal Statement

My best character quality is my ability to lead and motivate my team members.  I always try to be an encouraging force.  Next year I will be considered a leader of my team on both offense and defense.  I also can relate well, as the youngest of 4 kids in my family, to adults and taking instruction from older people.  It is my goal in college to pursue a marketing degree in a strong business program and join my two older brothers in their software company.
