Personal Statement

As a football student-athlete with seven years of experience, I am proud of the leadership skills I have developed through my experience in team sports and group work in the classroom. Being a part of a team has taught me the importance of communication, dedication, and hard work in achieving success both on and off the field.

In addition to my passion for football, I am also a musician and animal lover. My ultimate career goal is to become a veterinarian and agriculturist, and I am currently volunteering my time at my local church and on my family's farm to gain valuable experience in these fields. I believe that my love for animals and the natural world, combined with my passion for teamwork and leadership, will make me a strong candidate for a career in veterinary medicine and agriculture science.

As a student, I am committed to academic excellence and maintaining a 3.0 GPA. I receive excellent reports from my teachers, coaches, and mentors, who recognize my work ethic, dedication, and coachability. I am always looking for ways to improve and grow, both on and off the field, and I value the guidance and support of my mentors in this process.

When I'm not training for my next event, I enjoy spending time with my friends, trying out new restaurants, and playing video games. These hobbies allow me to recharge and maintain a balanced perspective on life, which I believe is crucial for success both on and off the field.
