Personal Statement

Hi Coaches,

I am a highly motivated and goal-driven athlete. I am hard working and go the extra mile to be the best for myself and my Team, on and off the field. I am seeking a college that challenges me athletically and academically. Below is a little about me. 

I have played for the Solar Soccer Club since 2017 and Soccer from the age of 4. I'm an honor roll student and a member of the school's Chamber Orchestra where I play the violin and sweepstakes for 3 years running at UIL. In addition to playing music, I also enjoy playing soccer, track, and volleyball.

I am a goalkeeper at Solar (Jersey #1). In 2020-2021, I'm one of a few players across the country to play in the NPL Nationals, USYS Nationals, and ECNL National Tournaments in one year. My team and I won the ECNL RL Texas division and were a finalist at the ECNL Regional League Championship where they advanced to the NPL National Tournament.

While playing for Solar South 06G Adames my team won the North Texas State Cup 3 years running, in 2021 we won the USYS Southern Regional Tournament, and then the USYS National Championship Tournament. I was also called up to play with Solars 06G ECNL team where they advanced to the ECNL National SemiFinals. I had also received the USYS U15 Golden Glove award.
