Personal Statement

I have always been very passionate about athletics, and that started for me as a softball player. However, I discovered volleyball when I was 10 years old, and ever since then I cannot seem to get off the court. I am very committed to volleyball, and I rarely miss practices and games. I show great leadership on and off the court, and because of that, I have been chosen as the captain of my high school team. I am very reliable and determined. I will do whatever it takes to make sure that I am playing at 100%, and giving the game my all. I work hard in both athletics and school, with a 4.0 GPA, and advance placement and honors classes. My goal is to play volleyball at the college level and I know that I can bring great things to my future team, I am a team player and I will do whatever it takes to earn my spot. I love volleyball and I will keep working hard to make sure that I am the best player and teammate I can possibly be.
