Personal Statement

I am a disciplined student-athlete and have been capable of balancing my studies while playing club volleyball for Xceleration Volleyball Club in Martinez California.  I have a positive energy on and off the court where I have been a team captain several seasons.  With a passion for volleyball and an open mind to learning new techniques, I have always taken constructive criticism as a tool for improvement where I can better challenge myself. 

My goal is to graduate from a 4 year university earning my bachelors degree in nursing while playing volleyball as a student athlete. Volleyball is my passion, and I want to go a long way with it, hoping to become a professional player one day.
