Personal Statement

Academically, I want to earn a degree in engineering. I have always taken pride in my coursework.  I do whatever necessary to reach my full potential as a student athlete.  Doing so allows me stay eligible to play sports and sets a positive example as a team leader for my teammates. Football is my passion. It’s a game I love to play and a game that I excel at playing.

I started playing sports when I was 3. I still play football, baseball and wrestling at the High School level.

Since I started playing football at the age of 6, I have primarily played running back, receiver, quarterback and defensive back. I have recently been focusing on running back.

I take great pride in being a team leader. Given the opportunity to continue toward my goal of achieving excellence both in the classroom and on the field, by doing what I love, this would truly be a dream come true.

On the field, I promise to be a dynamic player, always give 100%, be an asset to the team and be a positive influence on my teammates.

Off the field and in the classroom, I promise to conduct myself with honor and respect knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school.
