Personal Statement
Going undefeated in my freshman season was a great start to my high school career, however, being in high school for the first time I believe I really grew as a student by learning all of the ways of high school and becoming more independent. Many events have happened that have shaped me into the person that I am today. Some of the most significant events that have gotten me to this point have been being a boy scout and getting my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Also, when I was younger and participating in soccer and football the teams, I was on struggled which taught me about never giving up and to persevere through the tough times and that good things will always come to the people that work for it.
My love for football started after I saw ObJ’s famous catch, that’s what really inspired me and then I talked my dad into letting me play flag football. Soon after that I got to play tackle football. What I think that really sets me apart from everybody else is my drive to make the play that no one else can make and be the best at my position that there ever was.
