Personal Statement
All of my goals started out because of one person that has motivated me all of my life. My mom has been there since step one in my becoming a man. Even with no man to help her raise me she still put every single moment she had towards me. She gave up going on dates with men and finding herself a boyfriend to instead help me with my homework and putting me to bed at night. She made me set high goals for myself whether in the classroom or on the field and with that motivation I want to play football at the highest level possible for me whether that is D-1A or D-1AA or even D-2. The main thing I care about is making sure that my mom doesn't have to pay for me anymore, she has given all of her time to me so I want to return the favor. The thing that will make me a great candidate for any team that will have me is the fact that I love to practice and work on my craft. Whether it is something big like my get off from a 3 point or a 2 point stance or something small like working on my hip flexibility for coming around the edge I love to put in time in working on everything. Another asset of mine is the fact that weather doesn't really bother me I can practice in the cold or in the heat. It doesn't matter if its 100 degrees or 10 below 0 I will love what I am doing and I guarantee that I will give you 100%. The thing that makes me stand out is that I never let the pressure get to me and I will always leave everything I have on the field. I was first taught how to give effort from my true father figure in this world Bill Leon. Bill knew what it was like to be in my shoes. He grew up without a father and pretty much raised me at his house. He taught me life lessons, he taught me how to drive, and he even showed me that a true man isn't always afraid to wear his emotions on his sleeve. This sounds basic, but in fact, this is what makes stand out with this support behind me I have everything to lose so on the field I give everything I have.
