Personal Statement

I thought it was fun in 6th grade. I wanted to play during 7th and I found out it was my life after the 8th grade. Playing college volleyball is my goal right now, but my dream is to play in the Olympics. After the sport, I became more determined in school, any other sport I decided to play, and even life. Volleyball has shaped me into a good portion of the person I am today. It has helped me become more focused in anything I do and made me see things from a different perspective; like seeing that my way isn't always the best way. With volleyball also came my own self reflections and the want to always get better, to always be better than the the person I was yesterday.
