Personal Statement

I began playing football in 8th grade, but fell in love with the sport long before I first played. Growing up in a household that loved watching football and was highly competitive it was a matter of time before I had the urge to play. When I started playing in 8th it was a new experience that I embraced head on. I loved every aspect of the game from long practices to the adrenaline that only a game brings. During this year I started on both sides of the football. We were undefeated this year and won the championship for our district. Going into my freshman year I also played on both sides of the ball for our freshman team going undefeated and winning district as well. As a Sophomore I started at Center for varsity and we had our first winning season in 15 years and secured a spot in the playoffs. I feel I would be a good candidate for your roster because I love every aspect from studying film to playing on the field.
