Personal Statement

Hello Coaches, welcome to my portal, My name is Logan Bush and I am a student in the 11th grade attending Don Bosco Prep High School in Ramsey New Jersey.  I play running back and receiver in the class of 2024. I love the game of football. I started playing football in Hackensack, New Jersey's Peewee league and then three years with the Washington Township Falcons in the Northern Bergen Junior Football League, NBJFL were I was selected to play in the all star game 2019. I am a team player and will do anything to help my team achieve its goal. I am taking honor level classes and in my first marking period at Don Bosco Prep I achieved a 90% average in my course work. My goal is to get a excellent education and play collegiate football. I want to excel in the classroom and maintain a 90 average as well as perform on the field.  The last two seasons have presented challenges. In 2020  several of our games were cancelled due to COVID-19, and 2021 I missed 7 games with a broke hand and missed film opportunities. I reset my goals and leaned forward in the weight room and course work in maintaining a 3.8GPA and increased my overall strength. I am fully healthy and I look forward to returning with a strong junior year in football and track  & field for 2022.
