Personal Statement

I am an upcoming senior "Class of 2021".   I play football, track & field and baseball.  I had a great football season and finished strong.  However, the COVID-19 pandemic shortened my junior track season!  Mostly everything I was looking forward to come to a halt and nothing was postponed, it was canceled.  But in the mist of all this chaos, I kept in mind that my coaching staff, teachers and trainers were doing their best.  That motivated me to continue to train, work out and keep afloat my  "A Game" which is my academics, despite no ostensible end in view.  I can only hope this pandemic will bring out the best in society and me.

I will not lose sight of my goal, which is to get my  degree and play football at the collegiate level.  I want to be a part of a college that will be a good fit for me academically and athletically.  I believe I have the talent to compete for a college team.  I possess great leadership skills and good work ethics.  I feel this combination will be a great asset to your team.  Bring it on 2021 SZN!
