QUALIFIED TO THE FINAL EIGHT from a 4 group round robin, loosing in the quarter finals due to stomach upset, managed to recover from a 0-5 deficit in the first set to finally loose it 5-7 . In the second set my health took the best of me . Was disappointing hence was having a very good tournament . All was not bad, Managed to recover for the following day to come runner up in the Doubles Final.

At 14 and 5 months qualified for first WTA. In the main draw faced the number one seed who put a stop to my adventure. I was very competitive in the match, specially with my lefty serve. I managed to clich 3 games out of my opponent who went on to win the tournament and 5 months later to beat the record of player winning the most 15 ks in a season.

AT THE AGE OF 13 10 months was awarded a WC to the this event by the organising committee. My first international event in my parents home country. Was so exciting! Won my first round match in 3 set marathon under the scorching hot sun of Barranquilla 1-6 6-2 7-6(5). Will never forget this feeling. AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME WAS THE only UK player ok my age to have a ITF Junior ranking and ranked 26 of all UK junior players with a ITF Ranking.

In the group stage fell short by loosing two very tight matches. played the consolation draw were I reached the quarter finals. This tournament was an amazing experience having played in the grounds of such a prestigious event . WIMBLEDON.

Setting high goals and aspirations has always been something I give credence to, you can tailor them along the way until you achieve what you want through hard work and perseverance.

I believe sport and academics need to go hand in hand because they both open doors, teach values, and knowledge for life. I truly think that bringing them both together will help keep thoughts straight and create a positive structure to the rest of our lives!

I love being part of a team, it brings out the best in me! I stand out when it comes to supporting my team at any given time; I love to smile and put a smiles on everyone else's faces! I describe myself as a real hard worker and NEVER ready to quit!! I love the game and especially attacking with my serve and coming up to the net ! 

 I aspire to be recruited by a competitive selective institution. But Currently I'm undecided in what I want to major, I've always loved keeping my subject options wide open so that when it does comes down to deciding, I will be able to choose the right career path for me !
