Personal Statement

My name is Charlie Bimer, a 5' 9'' 140lb OH/DS in the graduating class of 2021. I currently attend Chaparral High School in Scottsdale,  Arizona.  I have been playing volleyball since I was twelve years old.  I fell in love with the sport immediately,  and I began playing at the club level at age 13.  I have quick movement on the court,  I'm very aggressive, and coachable. I always strive the hardest to achieve my maximum potential, and I am one of the hardest working recruits you'll find.

I am a well rounded 4.0 GPA student at one of the most academically challenging High Schools in the state. I plan to continue pursuing my education, majoring in the Health/Medical Industry,  and being a student athlete as well.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to make my parents proud and be a great role model to all of my peers. I will bring life and originality to your program as well as a great work ethic. I hope you choose to consider me for your team.
