Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Chase Kujawa I play football for the whitnall falcons and play fullback. I weigh 170 pounds and max bench in 215. This year 2016 our team won our conference championship. I scored 6 touchdowns for over 255 rushing yards.

I am 3.5  Academic average student, I am the type of student to do every type of extra credit and get the job done.

Outside the classroom and off the field.

I am the type of person that would give the shirt off my back for anybody. In my community I am a very helpful and caring person. For anyone that needs help in anyway I'm there on the spot.
