Personal Statement

My names Edwardo Javier Quinones and I am a Middle Linebacker at Golden Valley High School. I am a transfer from Canyon High School where I played JV football and won Defensive Player of the Year leading in most Tackle for Loss in the league (13). Even though I have only been playing football for 1 year I plan on proving to my family and everyone else I can be great as I did the sport to learn discipline and get into shape but now I wish to gain something more than that, now going into my junior year starting here at Golden Valley I plan on being explosive and playing football as if I have something more to give other than my career. Football has saved my life and I plan to continue to play college football and potentially go to the NFL if God allows me too. One thing I can gaurentee you that other players don’t have is the same grit, ambition, and determination that I have.
