Personal Statement
I am Adelayne “ Addi “ Diaz. I am a CB/LB on LVU Rush Girls Academy team. Recently, I have been invited to the training camp for the U17 Dominican Republic national team in October 2025. Also I am excited to have been chosen as the Girls Academy Advisory Panel 2010 Team Representative at my club.
My goal is to attend a highly challenging academic and competitive soccer university to study the sciences - physics or bioengineering. On and off the field, I am a natural leader with a positive attitude. I always seek to bring a team together so we support and communicate effectively with each other. I am a very coachable player with a good Soccer IQ and always seek to learn everything I can from my coaches.
While I play Center Back, as I am physically strong and attack the opposing team's offense fearlessly, I am also always willing to play any position if I am needed. I think my personality, strong academics and defensive soccer ability will make me a great fit for the right team.
