Personal Statement

I aspire to the best athlete I can become to compete in not only on a college level, but also on a professional level as well. I would like to reach my full potential as a young man and athlete to set a positive example for young athletes and my siblings under me. I think what makes me a good candidate for recruits is that I work hard and stay focused at all time which shows in my character as an individual. When times are tough and the game is not doing in the direction we may like it to, I like to uplift my team mates with positive pep talk to encourage them to never give up and stay focused and execute. What makes me different from most athletes is that I enjoy the game of football, but also understand the game of football more than most. I have played the game of football from 5 years of age giving me the experience at a young age to understand the game of football with a goal to play until I physically can no more. I am not only athletic, but academically strong taking my academics serious at all times. My ultimate goal is to receive a great education while playing a game that I love to play.
