My name is Jorden Moore, and I am in my fourth season of MLS Next playing in the Frontier Division with Louisiana TDP Elite under the direction of Joan Oliva. A few highlights of my playing career have been playing in the MLS Next “Best of” Match in June of 2022 and more recently playing vs Premier League side Crystal Palace, taking them to seven rounds of pens and making my kick from the mark. Another would be drawing FC Dallas in the Spring of 2024.

I have mostly played CDM for my MLS Next club but have also played CAM & wing, and in emergency situations, center back. I am focused on becoming the best CDM I can be but also feel I could play CAM or wing at the next level..

In addition to my Louisiana TDP club training, I train 1-2 days per week with the Baton Rouge Capitals. This is a men’s semi-pro team of the Gulf Coast Premier League. The team is coached by Craig Scott and made up of current and previous collegiate soccer players. I earned my first start in a friendly 06/22/2024 and was named MMR Man of the Match. I earned my first CAP the following week on 06/29/2024. The following week I earned my first start (played all 90 minutes) in a league match on 07/06/2024 in a 4-3 upset of top of the ladder and reigning champs! 

 

I'm a 4.25 GPA student. My sophomore ACT score is a Composite score of 30 (28 Math, 35 Science, 25 English, & 32 Reading). Through my sophomore year I have received college credit for five classes via AP and CLEP.

It is my desire to pursue Computer Science at a school that will challenge me academically and athletically.
