Personal Statement

My name is William Mason and I’m the class of 2026  175 lb RB/MLB from Memphis, TN. I am excited to be working into my sophomore year and had a cumulative 3.97 GPA in the first year of high school. 

This season I am averaging 8 tackles per game and helped my team to a 8-1 record. I earned 2nd Team All-Conference. I’ve been working with Prime Drive Training and Runningback Factory to improve my ability to be the best on the field. I am making great strides with strength and speed. 

I’m very interested in St. Vincent’s due to your location just outside Pittsburgh. That is a comfortable distance for how far I’d like to travel for college. 

I am also very interested in your business major which looks to be one of the strongest programs you offer. 

I realize as a rising sophomore you are looking to evaluate and line up for fall visits – I wanted to take some time to introduce myself and hopefully make an impression on you with both my play and school work.
