  At Top Velocity I complete a variation of workouts and exercises each day. Each workout focuses on a different part of the body while including mobility, lifting, and cardio. Three of the days include a throwing portion of the workout, which uses medicine balls and softballs to help increase my throwing velocity. Finally, I utilize the batting cages provided each time I go in to keep my swing sharp and fix any issues that may be arising.
