Personal Statement

First of all, I'm a football player!  I love the game, I love hitting people, I love making them miss, and I love out running them! I have been playing football my whole life.  I'm a very hard worker and a student of the game!  I earned Varsity time as a Freshman and have accumulated over 2500 scrimmage yards and 41TDs so far.  I'm a good teammate and I respect my Coaches.  I work constantly to improve my game.  Currently, I skills/speed train 2-3 mornings a week and I hit the weights 5-6 afternoons per week.  I play with grit, power, speed, and inside quickness.  I have a 3.9 GPA and a 28 ACT score which shows I can handle my business on and off the field.  I have all the measurables of a great running back - 5'-9", 185#, 69" wingspan, 9" hands, 4.50sec 40, 4.12sec shuttle, 35"VJ, 585#squat, 420# bench, 545# dead lift.  I'm looking for a Coaching staff that can help develop me into the best player possible and a school that can give me the best educational foundation possible so that I can become successful after my football career is over, which I hope is never!
