Personal Statement

Hello Coaches,

My name is Xavier Thomas. I am in the graduating class of 2027 at Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, AZ. 

I am very passionate about football. I started playing flag at the age of 5 and transitioned into tackle at 11 years old. My primary position is Cornerback but can also play Safety and Wide Receiver when needed making me a versatile and effective team member. 

I am very coachable with a high football IQ and work hard year round on my football skills. In the off season, I run track, attend camps and combines, work with a DB trainer, and more to continue to build upon my mental toughness, speed, agility, short memory and change of direction skills, to name a few... all critical for the best corners. 

My short term goal for football is to get recruited for college, so I am excited to speak to any college coaches looking for a football player with my skill sets.
