Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Jaelen Douge, when it comes to sports I believe my goals are very big in the sense that I wish to compete at the highest level that i am capable of and help guide people to living more fulfilling lives. As someone who only started playing sports their freshman year of High school in football and eventually taking on the elusive world of wrestling my sophomore year coming out as league champion and CIF qualifier in my Junior Season.

I believe I have shown great accomplishments thus far. I have been a captain for my football team going on 4 years starting on JV for my Freshman and Sophomore years and later stepping up and becoming a leader on my varsity team my Junior and now going on Senior year. I am willing to put in whatever work I must in order to succeed and I will continue to push myself to do better as I maintain a high GPA in rigorous classes that I will continue to take. I wish to make the best out of whatever college team I play on wherever it is, and I believe that I can not only help myself succeed but all those around me.
