Personal Statement

I’m a 4-Year starter and Captain for the 2020 season. I am also,

I am from the Rubio family of long snappers and have crafted my skills under the guidance of the best teacher and alongside some of the best snappers in the country.  I will continue training with the Rubio Long Snappers over the next two years and continue to improve so that I will be the best I can be.  

As a Senior, I am a 4-Year starter as a Long Snapper & Guard.  One of my goals in High School was to become a Super Bowl Champ.  After missing out with a difficult playoff loss at the end of my sophomore year, we pushed through the disappointment this year and made it to the Championship and WON.  On December 1st, 2018, I was 6/6 snapping, played OL/DL to help Scituate High School win the Division 5 Massachusetts State Title at Gillette Stadium for the first time in our school’s history. 

Another goal of mine is to play college football at a high level. My goal is to be a Long Snapper for a competitive program.  I am excited to find the school that becomes the right fit so I can continue to reach my goals and my potential.

I continue to put forth the effort in high school and my grades are in line with my goal of graduating high school with a GPA of 3.2 or better.
