  • 2017 OP Alliance
(Men's League (BDSL)) This team plays in the championship division of the men's league in Buffalo. I am currently the starting striker and sometimes filling in at attacking center mid. I am the youngest player on the team that is made up of college students, also the youngest in the championship division. Other teams are made up of college students and men ranging from about 24-40 years old. The BDSL allows me to showcase my young talent against older opponents. The BDSL is great to develop strength, physicality, a different level of play, and experience against bigger/ older opponents.

Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Chase Eagan and I am currently a junior at Orchard Park High School, just outside Buffalo, New York. I play for Empire United in Buffalo, New York. I am a leader on and off the field. I am known as a selfless player; a pure team player that plays to win the game. My ball handling skills, striking abilities, passing abilities and my vision of the field under pressure make me a unique player that is hard to find. I have a supportive family and I am a focused straight A student. I have averaged over a 90 in every semester of high school. I am eligible for the National Honors Society and I have won the Scholastic Achievement Award each year in high school.

During the summer of 2017, I participated in a U-16 through U19 Premier Camp at the Dutch National Team grounds in the Netherlands.  As a 16 year old I was tiered Tier I of three Tiers for the entire age group.  I was the only American in the camp, all other players were Dutch, German, Austrian, French or Russian.  I scored all of my team’s goals in tournament play. I was offered a two week tryout for the highest level Dutch Amateur team in the Netherlands. I turned it down to finish High School in the US vs in NL. In high school, I have started as a striker for the varsity team for my 9th, 10th and 11th grade years and led the team in points in 10th and 11th grade.

For 2017 alone, as a Junior, I was selected as:

a.      1st Team All Western New York as a Midfielder

b.     1st Team All Conference as a Striker

c.      Team Captain

d.     Offensive Player of the Year.

I have started as a forward in an international refugee men’s league in the city of Buffalo. The international league is full of refugee men from all over the world.I have played for the Buffalo Soccer Academy. I led the team in goals as an outside winger.

I joined the Olympic Development New York West team this past spring. ODP consists of elite players from Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse. I was the only player that was essentially kept on the field full time, rotating between Center Mid and Center Striker. Most teams I play on do this.

I've always been the leading scorer for the teams I have played for. I am often told that I am a unique, game changing player. My European             coaches have all assessed me as playing like a European player. I want to play soccer at the highest collegiate level possible and go on to be             professional soccer player after graduation.

I am currently with Empire United U18s playing primarily attacking center midfield, and also filling in when needed at outside winger or striker. I lead the team in points. This past weekend I had 7 points in 2 games in Pittsburgh in GLA gameplay.

Feel free to contact me for further information. I would like you to get a look at me at your upcoming ID camp if there is such an opportunity. More information including some video can be found on the link: http://recruit-match.ncsasports.org/clientrms/athletes/2947704?
