Personal Statement

I play both Outside and OPP and I would like to be considered for both positions.


I have been fortunate to be a part of high-performance Travel Teams (Club ) that have qualified for Girls Junior NATIONAL championships for the past 6 years and a high school program that won the 2019 County, Regional and State Championships!  These experiences have taught me the importance of sacrifice, teamwork, commitment, and leadership.  Being a leader proves to be a key quality and one that I practice both on and off the court. The most important skill that volleyball has taught me is teamwork and I strongly believe that working with others to achieve a common goal is a necessary life-skill. 

In the classroom, I set high standards for myself and was inducted into the National Honor Society in Dec 2019.  School, sports and good relationships have shaped me into the person I am, and I’m looking for a school that will benefit me both athletically and academically.  I believe that I have the talent to compete at the collegiate level and example the character, diligence, sportsmanship and leadership skills needed to make a great teammate.
