Personal Statement

Football has been in my life as far back as I can remember. I was in 2nd grade when I started playing football for a team.  In my years of playing I've been fortunate enough to play both sides of the ball.  As I entered middle school I mainly started to focus on playing receiver  I was a starter in 7th grade on the Varsity level.  This past year as a freshman I was given the opportunity to play varsity. During the offseason I've been training on all aspects of my game and attending camps to gain insight and experience. I was personally invited into S.A.L.T.(  Student Athlete Leadership Team). I've strived to stay at the top of my class and feel that academics are the most important aspect of meeting my career goals. The classroom, football field, and volunteering in the community has shaped my core values to be leadership, integrity, and determination. I'm committed to becoming one of the best football athletes on and off the field at the collegiate level.
