My name is Marcale Billue I am a Sr in Syracuse Ny I can Squat 350 I can run a 4.7 or faster and I can bench press 225 3 times as a junior my max reps and weight has improved since the season ended as well was my speed and agility I haven't stopped working out since our season ended!

- Billue Athletics3 years experienceWorkouts include 20 min warm up on treadmill, Stretching than transition to our calisthenics work out which consist of 4 set of 25 reps Push Ups, 4 sets of 25 sit-ups, 3 sets of 12 pull ups, 3 sets 10 reps of dips. we also do weights which consist of bench press regular and incline, dumbbell shoulder press, skull crushers, and also reverse and regular curls and end off with wrist curls. We also do Leg days which consist of Squats regular and front, Leg press, leg extension front and back, toe taps calf raises alternating day's we also put in field work anytime we can.
