Personal Statement
Eduardo Lorenzo 6'4 315lbs G/C/T #70
I'm Eddie Toshimitsu Lorenzo, a senior graduating from 5x State champion school St. Thomas Aquinas (1st five peat in Florida history and #10 nationally ranked football team in the country by Maxpreps) in Ft. Lauderdale where I'm on track to finish my last year of high school with the 2024 class. I see myself as a big team player and thrive around others, I work effectively in groups and communicate well on the line; I've consistently adapted well in constantly changing conditions whether it's a linebacker blitz or a difficult situation in real life. As a senior and in my last year of school, I've realized how important the next step is which is of course you (college coaches) and or the college that gives me the opportunity and privilege to play for you and your teams. All in all, why should you pick me over all these other kids? I'm a natural leader, I know when my teammates are struggling and based on each person, I know how to encourage and elevate them to their best because we demand the best. Secondly, I'm very loyal I'm always there when you need me to get the job done and I've had the years and experience to prove it just ask my coaches. Lastly, I understand how much of an opportunity and privilege to be on any football team and getting an education. As I came from a small town in Southern California, I know the grind and what it will take to elevate my game to help my teammates and I rise to the occasion. No moment is too big for me!! Feel free to reach out I'm always available to communicate! Thank you for taking the time to read this.
