Personal Statement
My collegiate goals are to continue to be the best student and athlete I can be everyday. My objective is to set goals, achieve, and even surpass my goals by working hard individually and collectively with my team. I am a great candidate for any program that believes that structure, dedication, and heart are the pillars that builds success in the players thus leading to success for the team. I welcome leadership roles as well as submitting myself to be lead in order for the team to be successful. Any difference between myself and any other recruit is my desire to continue with the teachings of my parents, to be the best version of myself daily. Training
- Cross country interval workouts/Mid-distance training for 800/Sprint work for 400, Yoga for flexibility, and circuit strength training for quick recovery/endurance4 years experienceTransitioning from cross country to spring track & field and then to summer AAU requires constant conditioning and training to ensure performance at my highest level. Outside of the miles put on the pavement, yoga provides the flexibility, strength, and recovery needed to give me the skill set to grow as an athlete. Success to a strong competitive season is health, both mental and physical.
