Personal Statement

I am currently an 11th grader, during my 10th grade year I was the starting Catcher for my JV Highschool team, and also a part of the Varsity Roster Catching a total of 17 innings and identified as the primary backup to the starting catcher over two upper classmen on the roster. With high ambitions and a willingness to improve on what I have already accomplish so far, as a passionate Baseball player.  I may not be the biggest or the fastest player on the field but, I am versatile and can play any position that my Coach needs me to play without any hesitation.  During the 2020 Perfect Game 14-15 U All Star Game I played my secondary position Catcher as a 13-year-old for 3 of the 4 games and also qualified to play in additional showcases and tournaments with Perfect game. I have and am playing Travel Base Ball as well since I was 10 years old. in 2019 I made the Team Texas USSSA ALL-STAR travel team and competed in Las Vegas 29th Annual Fall Desert Classic Games.   I am a true competitor and willing to do whatever is needed to support my team. I believe that we all learn and achieve great things as a team, Baseball is a big part of my life, it is my passion and I strive to be successful at it whatever it takes.  I am looking for a School that offers Criminal Justice I would like to eventually serve and protect my community and hopefully make a difference in people's lives. I would also like to be part of a program that will help me grow and achieve my Goals of maybe one day playing in the MLB.  I am open to all levels regardless of location.
