Personal Statement

I’m Demarie Jordan! I’m currently a student-athletic at Spalding High School, home of the Jaguars. Growing up I didn’t have it easy! I have seen and been through A LOT in my life. My 3 younger brothers and I were placed into the foster system when I was 14. Great fully I have a wonderful fraternal grandmother who took me in! Also, my cousin and her husband are raising me and supporting me as one of their own.

I started playing football when I was just 4 years old. At that time, it was just something positive for me to do. Who would have known it would turn in my passion!

I have been an outside linebacker since I started playing for the park. Playing outside linebacker is like second nature. I’m always striving for perfection in my position. Not only do I leadership skills on the field, I also have it in the classroom.

Being known as one of the greatest student-athletic to ever play this position is a MUST for me. With that being said I know that comes with hard work, dedication and sacrifice and I’m willing to do just that. I’m a leader and I’m going to do just that lead
