Personal Statement

My dream is to attend a prestigious academic institution while also playing baseball at a highly competitive level. I believe that my current athletic prowess combined with my passion and work ethic will allow me to become a major impact bat at the NCAA Division III level. As a student-athlete, I strive to balance my academic endeavors, baseball training, and other extracurriculars. My open-minded approach to learning will allow me to thrive both in the classroom and on the diamond. While I am a fierce competitor in all aspects of my life, I also understand the importance of a positive self-image. As a result, I aim to lead by example through hard work, humility, and grace. Wherever I may end up, I hope to find my place in a tight-knit community filled with driven students and staff.
