Personal Statement
Being the middle child out of seven children it is easy to go unnoticed, therefore I strive to go above and beyond to stray away from the large shadows made by my siblings by progressing on and off the field. Academically I'm always looking to participate in classes that challenge me mentally and physically just as football does, to simply say "if it is easy then it's not for me." Hard work has to be apart of the job description or I will feel like I am not using my time wisely. I am just as passionate as the next guy about football and I am willing to put in the hours that it takes to unlock my full potential on the field. Just as my coaches preach to me and my brothers along with side me, "football isn't forever, but it will teach you major life lessons that no other sport can." I understand the meaning of being a team and that success isn't obtained by a single man in a single day. It is all due to the relationships built, the time spent testing your limits, and the self-belief that one has in thyself and their team that leads to one's level of success. And if you would allow me to be apart of your program and play for your team I will be anything but a burden, Thank you.
