Personal Statement

I have it inside of me to be better than being a name on a roster.  I want to contribute as a player, teammate but more as an individual. It is important to me to find a program where I am challenged to learn new things and expand my skill set.  I've kept my mind focused on better health and a positive attitude. Avoiding conflict and distractions keep me grounded in pursuit of my goals. While continuing my focus, I am faced daily with my ability to manage my time vs my school and practice schedules. Just as I am encouraged by those around me to continue my path toward my goals, I also want to be that encouragement for someone else. Building people up to encourage them is more my style.
