Personal Statement

I am a team player with leadership qualities.  I set the example by my actions.  I sit in the front row of the classroom.  I wear my jersey to school on game day with pride and make sure everyone knows I play football.  I seek opportunities to represent my school by attending camps and clinics, honing my skill in the process.  I compete with an edge and never quit.  When I play the game, if someone plays it better at that moment, I tip my hat, congratulate them and wish them well.  However, I never forget to remind them that I will be back and will better for the experience.  Falling short may sometimes be part of the game, but failure is never an option.  I win or I learn.
