Personal Statement

As a freshman last season, I had the opportunity to be one of two players moved up to play for JV. I got moved up because my Coach trusted me to be able to get the job done on the field. By the fourth game of the season I made my first start and by the end of the season I was leading the team in interceptions.  During track, I suffered a minor fracture to my hip while running in the the 4x200 Varsity District Meet.  This led to me missing the Spring season.  Over the summer, I had to put in extra work to come back bigger, faster, and stronger. All that work allowed me to make Varsity my Sophomore year and starting by week three.

I would be truly blessed to receive an offer from any school willing to take a chance on me. I know I have the athleticism, size, and work ethic to be able to make an impact at the next level.
