Personal Statement

The highlight of my athletic career was when my middle school football team, the Austin Indians, beat the Central Bears for the first time in 25 years. That moment was special and taught me that teamwork and communication can accomplish anything. Through the extreme teamwork I had experienced I knew any goal I had could be achieved.

Throughout my whole life, I have lived in a family that loves the game of football. My father mainly taught me everything that I know and made me the athlete and person I am today. Through years of him coaching me in little league and being a mentor for me I learned the value of discipline for an individual and a team. This discipline has helped me to not “follow others” and become a positive leader. Thank you for the time spent here today coaches, I hope you consider me to be your next recruit.
