Personal Statement

I have been playing football for almost 10 years now and I am truly in love with the sport.  I was hooked from the beginning and I have wanted to play at the collegiate level ever since.  The opportunity to play college football is a dream that would forever change my life.

Football has taught me many things throughout the years and has made me the person I am today. I have played many different positions but my favorite is Defensive End.  My hard work and determination are what separates me from the rest, whether it's in the classroom or on the gridiron.  I am very coachable and will be one of the hardest working players on the field.

I have been running track these last 3 years under the training of Olympic Gold Medalist Danny Everett. He has made me a much faster and more technical runner. I have been working very hard on improving my strength and have continually surpassed my milestones. This drive extends to the classroom where I have a 3.52 cumulative GPA.

I wish to attend a college that will challenge me, in an environment where I can excel so I can grow and become the very best person I can be.
