Personal Statement

My collegiate goals are to become a D-1 athlete and become a star at the collegiate level as well. I am a good candidate for every college football team because I bring hard work and dedication to the team I play on, and an anything for the team mindset. What separates me from other recruits? I can separate myself from other recruits because of my competitive mindset and work ethic, as in I am very confident in my abilities against any opponent and want to go up against the best of the best in my grade or higher. I also separate myself from other recruits by knowing football inside and out. I can read plays before they happen and recognize patterns or strategies a team uses in its play calling system, I know situations as well such as what to do on a 4th and 1 or on the last second before the half/ end of the game scenario. I play football, basketball, and baseball but my main sport is football. I am more of an elusive type of player on the offensive side of the ball at wide receiver as in using my hands to get off of a tight coverage, I am also good on my feet making hard cuts to confuse a player on my route, I also take pride in sharing the load and being an exceptional blocker when I need to be. I have film of my 8th-grade year which will be displayed but no freshman film because our school did not show it. My freshman stats where 5 touchdowns in a six-game span and 3 picks I also had 200-300 yards through six games.
