Personal Statement

Hello my name is Malik Armstrong. i am a 6'2 160lb WR/RB and part of the graduating class of 2022 at Minooka HS in Minooka Illinois. I have been playing football since the 5th grade for my high schools local feeder team The Chanooka Braves. Currently on the Varsity team at Minooka and will be playing Wr/Ath. . Im looking for a strong  academic institution as well as successful athletic school, an school that can push me both academically and athletically.  Had a very successful Freshman and Sophomore seasons as can be viewed on my Hudl tapes. I recently Attended Rise And Fire Camp Chicago and was selected by The Unit Midwest Recruitment's Joe Tramble as one of the top Campers. I was looking forward to 2020 football but the season was postponed to feb 2021.As  of now I'm in the weight room training at Acceleration Sports in Naperville to prepare for 2021. also on my HudI page is a virtual combine done by my Head Coach at Minooka(Coach Harding). I haven't narrowed down a major yet but i really enjoy Math and Computers. I finished Sophomore year with a 2.7 gpa but  just starting junior year and  hope to build on that.  I'm  looking forward to future talks with coaches throughout this process. Thanks Malik
