Personal Statement

I am a varsity starting  QB from Cape Coral Fl. a junior at Mariner High School,  a 2 year Varsity football letterman and a 3 year Varsity letterman on the Weightlifting team. I have a 3.65 GPA.  Planning to take my SAT in the upcoming months. I am truly a dedicated player in athletics and  student athlete who knows the game of football. I been playing since the 5 years of age. Recently my  most important achievement is receiving the Al Chandler award this year for being the most hardworking player on the team. I am known as always being the first on the field & last to leave. I dedicate myself to always being a team player. I know this sport is about the team not just individuals. The team is only as good as its weakest  player. I was also honored to receive the MVP award for my Weightlifting team my freshman year.  I currently hold 6 school records in weightlifting in my division. 

I strive myself to never being satisfied and continually strive to earn better grades. I believe that hard work isn't just during games but during off season to become a better player.  I am continually trying to educated myself to be the best player I can be on and off the field. During down time I enjoy being a ref  for youth sports. Volunteering in after school activities including helping with girl weightlifting  team and working in concession stand for other sports. 

I am looking for a institution where I can find a right balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue an university with an outstanding academic reputation in the filed of Biology specializing in Zoology. My career goal is to be a Zoologist specializing in reptiles. I am currently on my third year of the Veterinary  academy at my high school.  I greatly appreciate  you taking the time to consider me as a candidate at your institution.
