Personal Statement

I would like to play football at a school where I could learn and grow as both an athlete and a student. I believe the coaching staff would be very important to this type of goal. My coachability as well as athleticism is why I think teams would like to have me as a player. I love football and really enjoy new coaching and ideas. I am different from other recruits because I’m quiet off the field but a large presence on it. I believe that being a good teammate is just as important as being athletic. And while I am a tight end, I play inside and outside linebacker and  I have also been kicking for 6 years which sets me apart. In addition, I take my education very seriously and hope that my football skills will provide a way to make a degree possible.
