Personal Statement

Football to me is more than just a game. My mom has always been working long and doing her all to make sure I have the things I have. Football is what I'm using as my way out and my way to return it to her. I am a very independent but loving family person. Being 6’0” 180 at 16 is something I take advantage of on the field. I've been playing for 8 years and the passion I have for it is unreal. My leadership is natural, being that i'm the youngest in my class at the school but also the most looked up to. My mom shows and teaches me to push and be resilient to everything that comes my way. Playing college ball is more than a dream and an aspiration, it’s something I live for. I would love to go to a place that feels like home with a warmer climate and a big, high division school, especially Pac-12. My faith in God is second to none and going to a Christian school is also a dream of mine. I am looking to major in sports management or anything sports related like sports medicine to keep me in the field I have a passion for. My goals are to start a true freshman and to make the biggest impact on the program I can while being a student athlete. I want to be freshman all american and be something different in my family, the first to go to and pass college.
